The flight to Portland, Oregon was as smooth as could be. The security line at the airport was small and moved quickly. We even ran into a women with a dog that had a remarkable gift. This women had a condition that caused her strokes and her dog would detect her strokes and alert her before they occurred.
The plane took off on time, but due to weather we took a small detour and arrived a little late. The whole flight lasted about 7 hours. A few beers before the flight at Harpoon and we fell asleep within minutes. The flight was pretty uneventful, however at times there was a funky smell on the plane… all we know is that it didn’t come from us. After a movie and another nap we finally arrived at Portland International Airport. A quick stop at Hertz and off we go.
